Purchased a Carnival Prestige this week (which is an incredible vehicle!), and the sales team was straight forward, informative, calm, and really made the painful buying experience very painful free. Awesome service department! The best Kia service in central New York. The two folks at the service window(Steph and Mark) are the Best! So pleasant and knowledgeable. Within minutes the keys were passed on and work started. Oil change and wipers replaced. Done in less than an hour. Cleaner than how I brought it in. Billing area super fast. And on my way! A BIG shout out to the salesman (I never did get his name) who helped me out yesterday. It had been snowing for a bit before I got to the store in E Syracuse from Burlington VT. I am retired and walk with a cane and drive for a Kia store in Vermont, in this case a dealer swap. He brought the paperwork to the office and got the return paperwork back to me quickly. Grabbed the car I was to drive back in and even cleaned it off with a snow broom. Much thanks for the help for a quick in and out and back on the road to VT. Best of luck.
