Within minutes the keys were passed on and work started. Oil change and wipers replaced. Done in less than an hour. Cleaner than how I brought it in. Billing area super fast. And on my way! A BIG shout out to the salesman (I never did get his name) who helped me out yesterday. It had been snowing for a bit before I got to the store in E Syracuse from Burlington VT. I am retired and walk with a cane and drive for a Kia store in Vermont, in this case a dealer swap. He brought the paperwork to the office and got the return paperwork back to me quickly. Grabbed the car I was to drive back in and even cleaned it off with a snow broom. Much thanks for the help for a quick in and out and back on the road to VT. Best of luck.
